Have a Date?

dates1. grab a few medjool dates 

2. cut little slits down the top, exposing the pit inside.

3 . remove pits <or use pre pitted dates > then “stuff” each date with 2 tsp of raw almond butter <i used justin’s maple almond butter>

4. sprinkle with ground cinnamon & sea salt. enjoy.

Dates are a great source of potassium, & fiber.

— these are SO simple & quick to make ! reach for one of these next time you’re craving a lindt chocolate truffle or a hershey’s kiss !
